I.D.E Nation is the best (we think so anyway) so we use the best companies to deliver your product to you. Each product is developed with fine material and exquisite material so please allow 7 – 14 days to receive your product after your order is complete. We also use a variety of options from ‘Express’ (at extra cost), to ‘Free’ which is a bit slower. Delivery options vary slightly depending on where you live in the World, so please make sure and check the routing number once you order is complete.

Can I return my I.D.E product?
In the very unlikely case that you are not 100% happy with your I.D.E product, upon receipt of your order, if products are not worn (we realize you might need to wear it once to try it on), returns will be permitted. At I.D.E Nation your satisfaction is always our number one concern. So if for some reason you find your order unacceptable or are dissatisfied with the quality of the products you have received, please contact us at email@example.com. so we can quickly and adequately address your concerns. If you would like to return your I.D.E Nation please use the Contact us section of the website to send us the following details:
- Order Number:
- Reason for the Return: Faulty, Wrong Size etc
- Action Required: Refund or replacement (include the new size required)
Our support team will then give you all the details you need to make this happen. All returns are acknowledged by email and refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For obvious reasons we do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
Where is my replacement or refund?
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 7 – 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Please keep in mind the customer’s bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer’s account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the customer’s bank posts our refund.
Note: If you should receive the original order in the meantime, please let us know, and kindly return the extra shipment to our warehouse. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, look for emails from us with status updates, or login to your customer account on our website for tracking information. If you need more information, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order ships. Credit card charges will be shown on your monthly credit card statement. Debit card charges will be deducted directly from your bank statement.
Am I responsible for bank overdraft fees?
Yes, you are responsible for any bank fees associated with the use of your card.
Returning Shipping Cost
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. Please note that postage costs for returns are borne by the customer. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
